Everything is new, show home condition and quality, perfectly equipped, super comfy, beyond clean you could eat off the floor Apple TV, fast wifi, pretty garden with outdoor seating and an empty double garage to park two cars. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet with spectacular mountain views and near to shopping.
